great day

another fine day.  I easily had 10,000 steps done before noon today.  The Fitbit makes walking just that more interesting.  Also interesting to track my sleep patterns.  It looks like my average sleep time is between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 hours.

I am enjoying the novel I am reading.  Good way to spend a few hours in the afternoon.
